WHAT IS COACHING?
Coaches partner with clients to identify goals and implement strategies to improve relationships, careers, and day to day tasks and priorities to achieve greater fulfillment and success in life. ADHD coaches have specialized training in how the ADHD brain works as well as some of the unique barriers people with ADHD sometimes face in achieving their goals.
You may want a coach if:
you feel stuck or adrift
you need help understanding how to use your strengths to achieve your goals
you struggle with identifying what you want and how to get it
